I feel the need and the calling to talk about causality.

What is it and can we ever prove it?

Not in the traditional way.

It can never be proven because proximity is not necessarily equivalent to causation.

Even a movie is comprised of a series of still moments.

All we can say from a still moment or a series of still moments is that this particular item is more likely to be the cause of the crime or incident than that other item.

If I am in a Best Buy buying an item when an FBI raid is going down on the manager who is running drugs out of the back of his store, am I in in league with the manager or am I in league with the FBI? Or neither? Maybe I am an innocent who happened to in the wrong place at the wrong time.

To answer these questions, we would need to know other bits of information. We would need to know more about my background. Who am I? What is my background? Where have I worked? What is my training? Do we have eyewitness or earwitness accounts?

And so it is with Lee Oswald in New Orleans.

Causality is a matter of line drawing. We reach a point where we say that this amount of approximation is defined as causality.

Do you get my drift?

You can’t take a movie in one frame. It’s a series of frames, and so you can always insert doubt between frames..

Therefore causality is nothing more than an artificial point at which we say: Ya, enough, we have reached a point where we will choose to call this level of close approximation causality.

So how does this apply to LHO?

Answer: We have reached that level of close approximation at which point we can confidently say the following;

• LHO was a member-collaborator of-with the CIA.
• LHO did not act alone in the JFK assassination. He worked in conjunction with other operatives.
• LHO was involved in the JFK Assassination in a material way.

Given that we will never find a CIA memo laying out a plan that says: “Okay, Lee, we will hire you to kill JFK,” we have neared the maximum amount of approximation that can be reached. Sure, we can find a few more memos, I suppose, but those memos will always be called “nothing burgers” by the establishment.

Ergo, the time has come to file charges against the CIA. We have enough evidence. The CIA must be held accountable. The CIA must be charged with the murder of JFK, and if found guilty sent to jail – that is to say dissolved.

We don’t need mock trials. We need legal action.
